Personal
David Palomares, founder/Broker of Palomares Properties was born and raised in Southern California; relocated with his family to Utah shortly after the birth of their twins. As a youth he enjoyed extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, Sports, and church. He served a full time mission in the East Coast from 92-94. In 1994 he started an entertainment agency in California, which he owned and managed until 2007. His real estate career started in 1998 in the mortgage lending field and 2002 he joined up with CENTURY 21 Paul & Associates (CA) as sales agent and made it into the million dollar club his first year, and multimillion dollar club shortly after, in 2006 he became a Broker in the State of Utah , and in 2007 he founded Palomares Properties; and has since been involved in residential/commercial sales, business opportunities, and property management. His interests include time with his Wife & 3 Daughters, their church, their Dog Sabobo, martial arts, motorcycles, and music. |
