We will create a comparative market rental analysis, determine a market rental price range, aggressively market your property, generate pre-screened tenants, handle all of the paperwork, payment forms for the tenants, maintenance, Section 8 (if desired), serving of 3 Day notices when needed, and provide clear monthly statements.

  • Monthly 10% of Gross. Only a $150 max per unit for single family residences. (9% for properties bought through Palomares Properties)

* If needed Standard vacant prep fee is $50 to $300, which includes minor clean up such as light dusting, sweeping, etc.
